Prior to founding Keansa, Sarbajit held senior roles at Steelwedge Software, which was recognized as a leading provider of Cloud Based S&OP solution. Sarbajit holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Osmania University (India) and a Certificate in General Management from Indian Institute of Management Kolkata.
Ayyappa has 13+ years of experience in delivering solutions for Supply Chain Planning mainly as a Techno Functional Solution Architect and Delivery Manager. Ayyappa has supported multi-phased and complex global implementations, working closely with customers to drive solution designs which enhance best practice collaborative planning. Ayyappa has deep expertise in identifying Data Integration & other technical requirements for cloud based and on-premise systems, including: data transformation strategy, load automation, exception reporting, and overall maintenance. Prior to Keansa, Ayyappa played senior roles in Customer Success and Global Delivery at Steelwedge and E2Open. Ayyappa holds a Degree in Engineering from Mysuru University, India.

Erika Barber brings in over thirty years of experience in Supply Chain consulting and project management with global North American organizations, including Monsanto, Emerson, Dana Corporation, Symmetricom, Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits and Peloton. Her areas of expertise include managing ERP systems implementations and large-scale technical conversions, supply chain consulting advocating APICS principles and specializing in S&OP, inventory accuracy, supply and demand planning, process redesign/re-engineering, logistics and change management. Erika is also a seasoned APICS instructor. Prior to Keansa, Erika played senior roles at Steelwedge, E2Open and DBM Systems. Erika holds an MBA from McMaster University.

Kiran has over 15 years of experience in International Business Development and Sales. He has a career portraying multiple role in Business Planning, Trade and Export Promotions, B2B and B2G partnership development, Financial Due Diligence and Technology Sales. At Keansa, Kiran is responsible for driving global partnerships and customer relations. Prior to founding Keansa, Kiran was a Country Head at Groupe Minerva. Before that he played senior roles at Business France and BNP Paribas. Kiran holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from Kedge Business School (France) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology.
